WE'RE BACK!
After 3 missed concert seasons due to the pandemic, LECA is happy to announce our fall 2021 concerts. We will be safely rehearsing and can't wait to Lift Every Voice & Sing for you in November!

October 2017 ---------------
We have a new name!
In October, the Erie Renaissance Singers launched our new name, logo, and website. We are now the Lake Erie Choral Artists and though our diversity and quality of music will remain the same, we are very excited to see where this new image may take us.
January 2017 ---------------
for the Ernst Bacon Memorial Award for the Performance of American Music, 2016, through The American Prize, for their performance with the Erie Chamber Orchestra of Stars Alone (Dolanc). Congratulations to all musicians involved!

June 2016 ---------------
LECA (formerly ERS) will share their summer 2016 concert with the Vocal Art Ensemble from Davis, CA. VAE, under the direction of Tracia Barbieri, will take elements of their "Rooted" concert on a performance tour of Erie, PA, upstate New York, and Toronto, Canada, performing with other choruses from the Midwest and working with Canadian composer Eleanor Daley. Our shared concert will be Saturday, June 26, 2016, at 7:30pm at the Cathedral of St. Paul in Erie.
May 2016 ---------------
LECA (ERS) will perform Rachmaninoff's Vespers at St. Peter's Cathedral on May 15, 2016, at 7pm. LECA will be one of three local choirs in the Erie/Jamestown area, along with other singers and soloists, joining a "Celebration Choir" of 80 voices. The Vespers are rarely performed and promise a thrilling evening of entertainment!

April 2016 ---------------
LECA (ERS) will be featured in the Erie Chamber Orchestra's spring cocnert series on Saturday, April 23, 2016 at 7:30pm at First Presbyterian Church of the Covenant. Debuting on this concert is a world-premiere commissioned work titled "Stars Alone" from award-winning Erie composer, ECO violinist, and LECA soprano, Christina Brice Dolanc written exclusively for the ECO and LECA!
